  1. It's ridiculous how large North American cars are. A hyundai santa fe would be classed as large and this palisade seems to be so far away in terms of price etc from similar sized rivals in the UK (x7 gls range rover) it would create its own xl suv class that isn't super luxury

  2. No thanks. Google "hyundai palisade complaints" and then you'll see why. I'm buying a Toyota Highlander Platinum for ultimate safety features, quality build, reliability and resale value. Do your research to not lose money.

  3. There are Cars that get filled with a fuel source to go distances. But what about you? What are you filling yourself with? Fornication? drunkenness? Pornography? Repent of Fornication and drunkenness immediately.

  4. To Me This About Thing That Is Doesn't Perfect Is This Colour Because Is Too Dark Is Need To Be In Night Or It Need To Have Brown Colour But Especially It Very Sunny Day White Colour Will Be So Excellent But All Of That Is Perfect And I Also Wishing In One Day Hyundai Will Get The Palisade In Thailand (Also The Telluride)

  5. Per Car and Driver: "A large amount of wind noise penetrates the doors"
    Has anyone here experienced this?
I've read elsewhere that this has been a serious issue for a lot of people. Wondering if Hyundai has addressed it for 2021.

  6. I have a new Palisade with all of the bells and whistles, and I turn off as many of them as I can.

One, the lane keep assist is especially annoying. It wants you to stay exactly in the middle of the lane, and it feels like there is a second pair of hands on the steering wheel constantly nudging me back into the center. If I move slightly left to have a look around the guy in front of me, those other hands are pulling me back. If I move slightly right to "hit the apex" of a long right curve, those other two hands are pulling me back. It is very annoying.

Two, the "smart cruise control" isn't that smart. I like using cruise control and use the plain old "maintain 100 km/hr" version a lot on my 2013 Edge, but this Hyundai one is very jerky, overreacting when someone pulls in front of me, when I catch up to someone, or when someone slows down in front of me when getting off on an exit ramp. I can't disable the "smart" aspects of it, so I find myself using it less than I would use the simpler cruise control on my older vehicles. I'm still smarter than this cruise control is.

I'm a Ford guy, and really, really, really wanted an Explorer. However, the Palisade has a longer warranty, better safety rating, as good or better reviews, and costs thousands of dollars less than a similar Explorer. Not to mention the reports of early build quality issues with the Explorer. So, I couldn't rationalize buying an Explorer instead. Other than a few "Ford ergonomics" vs "Hyundai ergonomics" idiosyncrasies, and a few minor but annoying issues with the dealership, the Palisade has been great.

  7. I agree 💯% that the Kia Telluride and the Hyundai Palisade should be tied at number one. My mom just got a Hyundai Palisade Limited and loves how stylish, comfortable, and how much tech is in the car. And I will claim that it is the best SUV my mom will ever own. If you have $44,750 for a new SUV then get a Hyundai Palisade and you won’t be disappointed

  8. Sorry … it looks better in white. Your mileage may vary. I will be giving the Palisade a serious look in a few months when the prices and availability kind of stabilize. I like them both … but yes, the Palisade is more luxurious. Good review guys, you look like you had fun doing it!
